Prices include:

  • stay in apartment for 7 days;
  • gas and electricity;
  • warm and cold water;
  • free -wifi;
  • final cleaning.

Prices do not include:

  • bed and bath linen (if previously requested € 15,00 per person – kitchen linen is not supplied);
  • a guarantee deposit of € 100,00 (the deposit will be refunded at your departure after the apartment has been thoroughly checked);
  • city tax: € 1,50 per day per person (child till 14 years old: free);
  • a 10% discount on the second consecutive week of your stay.
