The price includes:

  • stay in apartment for 7 days (sat.-sat.);
  • heating;
  • energy (gas, electricity);
  • warm/cold water,
  • final cleaning;
  • wi-fi.

The price does not include:

  • bed and bath linen (on request € 15,00/person);
  • a guarantee deposit of € 100,00 (the deposit will be refunded at your departure after the apartment has been thoroughly checked);
  • city tax: € 1,50 per overnight per person, (children till 14 years old free).

Payment

  • deposit 30% by bank transfer;
  • settlement: on arrival.
